You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
Vixora is committed to maintaining a professional and artistic community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for the following types of content:
Violation of these standards will result in immediate account termination without prior notice and permanent removal of all associated content.
Lumina is a virtual currency used within the Vixora ecosystem for various artistic features and community interactions. Lumina has no monetary value outside of the Vixora app. All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to Apple’s App Store refund policies.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Vixora. However, by posting content, you grant Vixora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content within the community. You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences of sharing it.
Vixora provides tools for users to report objectionable content or block other users. We review all reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action against violators.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vixora at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the community.
Vixora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application or your interactions with other community members.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
